At our warehouse in Vällingby, we have extensive resources for precision cutting in short and long series, cutting dimensions up to 430 x 430 mm. Our machinery consists of modern band saws with precise control of the cutting section to ensure high quality and tight tolerances in long and short series, cutting with the same precision in soft aluminum as in hardened steel with about 45 Hrc.
We strive to develop efficient delivery systems and service commitments together with our customers to achieve the best economy for both parties. We thus develop a long-term relationship with our customers. Our turbo truck system guarantees secure deliveries every day in the Stockholm area, for the rest of the country we use DHL and Schenker according to customer preferences.
Machining service. Through our collaboration with several companies specializing in machine processing, we can offer short delivery times on single or series deliveries of milled, ground or otherwise specially processed plates or machine parts. Examples of details we can deliver from work are pre- or finished molds, forging inserts, etc.

Special designs. Our good contacts with leading suppliers, mainly in Germany, enable us to offer virtually all occurring qualities in a variety of designs, from the coarsest free-form forged blanks in qualified tool steel, stainless or structural steel, to the thinnest dimensions in drawn or centerless ground execution. We also offer plasma-cut blanks in stainless steel sheet in single or series deliveries.
When tighter tolerances or drawing details are required, we can also offer water-jet cutting in most steel grades or aluminum.
Heat treatment. When special strength, shape stability, or structure is required, we can provide the necessary heat treatment on cut material before delivery.
