1. Purpose

Precisionstål wants to do business responsibly and expects suppliers and business partners to share basic principles of legal compliance, business ethics, human rights, good working conditions and environmental responsibility.

2. Laws and business ethics

comply with applicable laws, regulatory requirements and contractual requirements;
not offer, request or accept bribes, improper benefits or other corrupt payments;
avoid conflicts of interest and handle them openly;
respect competition rules and conduct business properly;
comply with applicable sanctions, export control rules and trade restrictions;
protect confidential information, personal data and business-critical information.

3. Human rights and working conditions

respect internationally recognised human rights;
not use child labour, forced labour, human trafficking or other involuntary labour;
counteract discrimination, harassment and degrading treatment;
respect applicable rules on working hours, pay, freedom of association and working conditions;
provide a safe and healthy working environment and work preventively against accidents.

4. Environment and resources

comply with applicable environmental and chemicals legislation;
work towards efficient use of resources and energy and reduced volumes of waste;
prevent pollution and handle chemicals and waste safely;
on request, provide relevant information on material content, origin, recyclability and environmental performance;
promote equivalent requirements in its own supply chain where relevant.

5. Quality and product integrity

The supplier shall ensure that the products and services delivered meet agreed requirements, that relevant traceability and documentation are correct, and that suspected counterfeit, mismarked or improperly substituted material is not delivered.
