Privacy policy
Information on the processing of personal data.
This document is a translation. In case of differences in interpretation, the Swedish version applies.
1. Data controller
Precisionstål i Stockholm Aktiebolag (publ), company registration number 556096-9940, Sorterargatan 31, SE-162 50 Vällingby, Sweden, is the controller for the processing described in this policy.
2. What data we process
We may process name, job title, company, contact details, correspondence, order and invoicing data, delivery data and technical information arising from use of our website.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- handling quotations, orders, deliveries, complaints and customer relationships – to perform a contract or on the basis of legitimate interest;
- handling suppliers and business partners – for contract and legitimate interest;
- accounting, taxes and other legal obligations – to comply with a legal obligation;
- IT, information and operational security – on the basis of legitimate interest;
- marketing communication to existing or potential business contacts – on the basis of legitimate interest or consent where required.
4. Recipients
Data may be disclosed to suppliers who assist us with, for example, IT, finance, transport, communication and other support services, and to public authorities where we are obliged to do so. Processors may only process data in accordance with our instructions and applicable agreements.
5. Transfers outside the EU/EEA
If personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, Precisionstål shall ensure that a permitted transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards are in place under applicable data protection legislation.
6. Retention
Personal data is not kept longer than is necessary for the respective purpose or than required by law. Business and accounting records are kept for the periods that follow from applicable rules.
7. Your rights
To the extent the data protection rules give you the right to do so, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or data portability, and object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, that consent may be withdrawn. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten).
